Sign on: Support earned paid sick days for Mainers
The Maine Small Business Coalition is supporting LD 369 that would ensure that all Maine workers earn at least one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to five days per year, that they can use to recover from an illness or take care of a sick family member.
Over 100 Maine small business owners have already signed on to publicly endorse earned paid sick days because they believe that no Mainer should have to choose between their health (and the health of their family) and paying the bills. They know that guaranteeing paid sick time for Maine workers will strengthen our workforce, our businesses, and our communities.
